I would love to be a size 4/6 but i also want to be fit and have an extrememly toned stomach and legs.

HEIGHT: 5ft6
STARTING WEIGHT: 115pounds=8st3
GOAL WEIGHT:110pounds
It's more about improving my fitness, stamina and gaining muscle.
I will need to lose weight to get rid of the fat, so i can get those abs and those perfect legs.
